It’s nice to see a such a ludicrous lampoon of festive movies, combining discordant elements in a somewhat ironic way, playing it totally straight. The film’s a prequel so watch those as well. They are both brilliant.
This Finnish movie is a horror-comedy hybrid with two awesome trailers, one that makes it really look really arthouse, and the second on that makes it look like Descent or something trashy like that. The arthouse one is for UK audiences and the trashy one is for US audiences, bless them.
A strange beast but the reviews have been stellar.
