Oh man, the ‘Best UK MC’s of 2010‘ on MTV the other day went down in the grime scene like a stone through a wet paper bag, to borrow some words from the audiobook of Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy.

That’s because grime fellas -being testosterone fuelled, status obsessed spoilt babies- don’t really have a sense of humour about themselves and can’t just go ‘well, it was an MTV list, of course they were going to include the corny favourites, let’s just ignore it’, instead they do things like quickly bang together a diss track that’s going to do them no favours when it comes to avoiding brawls at awards ceremonies.
