Born in Maine and currently living and exhibiting in New York, John J. O’Connor has been creating these weird trippy drawings for the last 10 years using coloured pencils, acrylic ink and graphite. I presumed he’d been hitting the DMT pretty hard, but after seeing a picture of him I quickly came to the conclusion that he’s never touched a drug in his life. Pretty deep pics though eh?
